Users begin by setting up their personal profile to select their work schedule, their exercise frequency, their preferred exercise position (sitting/standing/floor), their target exercise area (neck pain/low back pain/make me move), and their exercise difficulty (beginner/advanced).
Users will then receive regular alerts throughout their workday, based on their selections, providing them with specific exercises to complete.
Hability was designed by Physiotherapists to incorporate targeted, easy to complete exercises to specifically combat neck and lower back pain associated with prolonged desk based work.
